Commission Withdrawal Terms

The following changes to the commission withdrawal terms apply to all authors selling their products in the TemplateMonster digital marketplace.

Starting from October 1, 2021, authors can withdraw commission on any day of the month.

Other changes include:

• all authors have two balances in their account – general and available for withdrawal (the balance is updated every day, according to the status of the transaction);
• the author can choose from two withdrawal options in the Billing tab in the author account.

Automatic withdrawal:

Manual withdrawal:

• automatic withdrawal start from the $1K commission (In November 2021, everyone who has earned the $1K commission will automatically get the payment). Write to the Review Team if you don’t want to accept automatic payments.
• transactions will be in a pending status for 25 days after the purchase. Although transactions can go through, they will not be approved immediately.
