Is free technical support limited in time after purchase is done?

Template support is limited to a 6 month period.

Single, developer’s, extended, buyout, GPL and Monstoid 1 license. What’s the difference?

a) single license

allows you to install the template on a single domain name.

b) developers license.

If you purchase a Developer’s license, you are granted a nonexclusive permission to use the template on up to 5 domains for projects belonging to either you or your client. With this license, you are not allowed to integrate the purchased product with a third-party software, freeware or applications.

You can not resell the customized template as a template, but you may sell it as a project to your client.

c) extended license

This license entitles you to integrate the template with the software, freeware, or application which isn’t produced by our company. You are permitted to redistribute or resell your created products unlimited number of times. The price for the extended license is half of the template’s Buyout price. You can apply for the license at marketing@templatemonster.com

d) buyout license

A Buyout License ensures that you are the last buyer/licensee of the template. You are granted a non-exclusive non-transferable permission to use the template on multiple domains.

e) GPL license

Lets you use the template on an unlimited amount of domain names. Please mind that GPL templates do not include images

f) Monstoid 1

It can be installed using a license key on 1, 5 or 10 domain names (depending on the type of the purchased license). For more info please refer to the Monstroid Theme License FAQs.

Why do I need to verify my order?

The verification procedure is aimed at enabling secure shopping for all of our customers. The usual order confirmation procedure will last no more than 15 minutes. If you have any difficulties with verification, you can contact our Billing Department via Live Chat or Ticket System.

How long does it take to get the template after the purchase?

It depends on the payment method you choose. If you order the template with a credit or debit card or instant payment via PayPal or Skrill option then it will take up to 10-15 minutes to get the template.

If you purchase the template via e-check option or a bank transfer it will take several business days for the order to go through.

How do you deliver your products?

Once the order is completed you receive an email with download instructions and an active download button will appear in your user profile. Each product is downloaded via a unique download link. We do not ship our products on CD/DVD or other digital carrier.

I have a PO Box. How do I put my billing address?

Just put it into the billing address field on our checkout page.

How do I become a reseller?

Where do I enter a discount code?

You can enter a discount code on the pop up window that appears right after you add template to your shopping cart or press the buy button. There on the right side of the screen right above checkout button and total order amount you should look for the “add it here” button. It will reveal a box to enter a discount coupon. Please mind that only one discount code can be applied per order.

I need my company data on the invoice. What can I do?

Please put your company details including VAT number as your First and Last name on the Registration page before selecting a payment method.

In such a way your invoice will contain your company details automatically after the purchase.

If you have already placed and order and you need to edit your invoice details, please provide us with the new invoice data via e-mail (billing@template-help.com).

As soon as the new invoice is ready we will send you a link to download the new invoice pdf file. Usually such requests are handled within 24-48 hours.

Do you accept Visa (MC, AMEX, Diners club)?

We accept all major credit and debit card types. You will be able to choose the type of your card during the checkout process on-line.

Make sure that Internet transactions are allowed for your card.

Can I pay with credit card?

You can purchase our products with your credit/debit card using one of our merchant systems: Stripe(pay by card), Paypal, Skrill, PayProGlobal etc. Our payment gateways accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB. We recommend using Stripe. It accepts all major credit/debit card types.

Alternatively, you may choose PayPal to pay with your card. Please mind that it is not necessary to create a PayPal account in order to pay with your card.

Will I be charged extra if I pay by bank transfer?

Our company does not charge extra fees if you pay via bank transfer. It may be possible that your bank inflicts additional fees.

Will I be charged for the template only once?

Please mind that the payment for your template is a one-time charge. No additional fees apply.

How long does it take for the order to go through if I pay via bank transfer?

It depends on the chosen merchant system, unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers directly. Usually, an ETA for your payment can be reflected in your transaction receipt from the merchant system. Please, mind that a bank transfer is not an instant payment option and be ready to give about 2-5 banking days for a transfer to be cleared.

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Since we do not accept a direct deposit to our bank account you will need an account with a merchant system to perform a bank transfer.

You can pay for the template via Skrill/Moneybookers merchant system. You may also place an order via eCheck with PayPal which will allow you to use bank transfer to fund your PayPal account. If you need any specific advice, feel free to contact our Billing Department via Live Chat or Ticket System.

Can I pay by check or over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do have the option to take orders by telephone. We do not accept payment by check directly. However, payment by echeck through your PayPal account is an option. Additionally, you may upload funds to your Skrill account by check. After that you will be able to use this account to make payment.

How do I pay with Google Pay?

If you’re placing an order on a laptop or a desktop computer:

Make sure you’re using Google chrome browser and you’re signed into your google account.

Next, when you proceed to the checkout, select Stripe payment method and it will let you choose form the list of the card linked to your Google Pay account

If you’re placing an order on a mobile device:
Please choose Buy with Gpay option which will appear in your shopping cart cart under checkout button.
