Item Archive Requirements

Prior to uploading your products to the marketplace, please make sure to prepare the item archive that includes all files an end-user might need. It should include documentation, source files, plugins, demo content. Additionally, the readme.txt file may include credits, some additional licensing details, etc.

CMS themes item archive structure should look like this:

Product-name.zip —

  • /Documentation (documentation in HTML formats)
  • /PSD (optional)
  • /Demo Content (files needed to install the theme with demo content)
  • /themename.zip (WordPress theme)

HTML templates item archive structure:

Product-name.zip —

  • /Documentation (documentation in HTML format)
  • /PSD (optional)
  • /themename.zip (HTML theme)

Graphic products archive structure (icons, vector images, brochures, logos, badges, etc.):

Product-name.zip —

  • /Documentation (documentation in PDF/HTML format)
  • /Source Files (.psd, .ai. .eps, swg, etc)

Video assets archive structure (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Motion Graphics): 

Product-name.zip —

  • /Help files (tutorials on how to use the product in .mp4/.mov or PDF file)
  • /Source Files (.aep, .mp4, .mov, .mogrt, prproj, .fcp, .fcpx, etc)
  • /Preview files (.mp4)

Audio assets archive structure (Audio, Stock Music, Sound Effects):

Product-name.zip —

  • /Help files (read.me files with basic description)
  • /Source Files (.mp3)

Please note: Help files are nice to have, but not mandatory for Stock Video, Sound Effects and Stock Music.
