Our templates do not include any additional scripts. Newsletter subscriptions, search fields, forums, image galleries (in HTML versions of Flash products) are inactive. 3. What do I receive when I order a template from TemplateMonster.com?
After you complete the payment via our secure form you will receive the instructions for downloading the product. The source files in the download package can vary based on the type of the product you have purchased.

5. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?
Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.
Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.
6. Is it reasonable to make unique purchase of template that was already purchased before?
Yes. Because there is very small chance that you will find the same design on the net. There are more than 3,000,000,000 webpages online now according to statistics on www.google.com.
7. Is it possible to buy the particular image from the template?
No. According to our Terms and Conditions we never sell the images separately from templates (as well as the templates separately from the images).
8. Is it possible for me to pay one price and have access to all downloads for a certain amount of time?

9. I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?

10. Is there any return policy?
Requests for a refund are accepted at www.template-help.com/tickets within the period of 2 weeks after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict the terms and conditions specified in the policy. A refund is issued to you upon receipt of a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.
11. I ordered a template but haven’t received the download information.

The template has been sold out for exclusive price or discontinued.As technology inevitably develops, TemplateMonster may discontinue the production of certain products. It can be no longer available for sale because of being outdated.

We recommend to use additional software like Sublime Text2 or later, Notepad++

We recommend you to purchase images from Depositphotos includes over 40,000,000 items, so you will surely be able to find something to use for your particular project. Please note that you will be able to download images of any size.

We do not guarantee compatibility with any CMS. Please make sure to check the product description in order to find out if this product is compatible with certain CMS.
24. Is it possible that Template Monster will contact my client which website I made from Template Monster’s website template?
Yes, our legal department checks licenses regularly. In case we won’t find designer’s contact information on the site which was made from the template of ours we will contact the owner of the site directly.
25. Can I apply a discount code to a discounted product or combine several discount codes together to get better price?
Unfortunately, you cannot do this.
26. What is support period for a vendor product?
Free support period for a vendor product is equal to 6 months. Extended support may be purchased separately after free support period expires.
