In order to maximize the potential of the AI Assistant, you must follow simple steps in order to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality product page content. Find out how this innovative tool can revolutionize your content creation experience, particularly when creating more precise product tags and descriptions.

Step 1: Create an Account and Set Up a Payment

  • Go to the OpenAI platform website.
  • If you don’t already have an account, create one.
  • For payment processing, link your payment card to your OpenAI account.

Step 2: Make Sure You’ve Got Enough Money on Your OpenAI Account

  • Check the available balance on your account.
  • Don’t let your usage exceed your funds.

Step 3: Get an API Key

  • Get your API key for accessing the AI Assistant.
  • For later use, save your API key.

Step 4: Using the AI Assistant

  • Sign in to your TemplateMonster author account.
  • Please create a new product and begin the process of adding it.
  • Provide the necessary information about the product.
  • Input your API key and select the ChatGPT version.

Click “Next.”

Step 5: Activating the AI Assistant

  • Go to the “Uploader” section.
  • The AI Assistant buttons are inactive. 
  • Make sure the “Product Name” field is filled in accurately.
  • The AI assistant will be activated.

When activated, the button becomes active, and the “Related Topics” section will suggest relevant topics. You can generate more topics by clicking the AI Assistant button again if you aren’t satisfied with the suggested topics.

Step 6: Generating Product Descriptions

  • Click on “Description” to proceed.
  • Click the AI Assistant button.

Choose a prompt from the suggested prompts for description text generation.

Select the most suitable prompt and click “Generate.”

Review the generated content and/or use the “Regenerate” button.

Using the “Use Text” button, the generated description will be added to the corresponding field.

Step 7: Generating Excerpts

As soon as the “Description” field is filled in, the AI Assistant button will appear for the “Excerpt” field.

  • Click the AI Assistant button next to “Excerpt.”
  • Review the generated content and adjust manually if needed.

Please note that the AI might generate excerpts longer than 200 characters at the moment. Shorten them if necessary.
